MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Minimum six-month commitment required. Memberships automatically renew for additional six-month terms unless canceled according to the membership agreement. Membership fees are automatically billed on the 1st of each month to the card on file. Monthly membership services do not roll over and must be used within the applicable billing month. Unused services are forfeited. A valid card must remain on file for the duration of the membership.
